MEMBERSHIP AND ADVISORY BODY
1.01
All registered students of the Institute shall be the members of the Gymkhana and shall
constitute its general body.
1.02
The Director of the Institute shall be the patron of the Gymkhana.
1.03
The Patron, from a panel of names suggested by the Student's senate, shall appoint the
Chief Counselor, the Games Counselor, the Cultural Counselor, the Films Counselor, the
Science and Technology Counselor and Treasurer of the Gymkhana.
1.04
The Counselors shall advice the respective wings of the Gymkhana.
1.05
All Counselors, other then the Chief Counselor, shall be subordinate to the Chief Counselor,
in all decision making powers.
